Strategic Planning
Would you build a house without a blueprint? Probably not... it's critical to ensuring that what you create is what you need, on time and on budget. Yet many businesses begin creating websites without first developing a clear plan or strategy.
We insist with ALL projects that we take on, that the first step is in developing a strategy with clear goals, methods and a detailed execution plan. Are you worried that all the extra planning will break the budget and not get you the shiny new website you're looking for? It is our experience that projects that begin with proper and careful strategy consistent finish under budget and actually achieve their objectives.

At Robin Hood Web Services, we offer 2 main strategy services...
Website Appraisal. To begin, we like see where you currently stand in regards to your online presence and then offer insights for improvement. Our website appraisal service will produce a report that summarize your current Search Engine status, Social Media "Klout" and a deep technical summary of your current website (if you have one). In addition, our report includes a summary of your online and offline competitors and their current rankings.
Our Website Appraisal report concludes with a clear set of recommended goals, KPI's and actionable steps for how to begin to improve your online presence.
Information Architecture. An often overlooked, yet critical component of website development is that of Information Architecture. What is that, you may ask? This is the process of first identifying the main "chunks" of information that you need to include and communicate on your website, and then organizing them in a way that, when presented online, are optimal for your website visitors to find the information they need. This is the FUN stage where we get to use lots of sticky notes and scribble on our walls. Our team has many years of experience and advanced training in this fine skill.
